Do you have an idea but aren't quite sure how to accomplish it? Maybe you're starting from scratch and don't know which direction you want to go-- we can help! Whether it's a small piece, a room, or a complete home, our team of design consultants are here to make it simple and fun!
In Home Consultation
We're glad to meet you in your home to discuss ideas and help with measurements. Here's how it works:
- Start by visiting our showroom to gather ideas and try out possible pieces. While you're here, let your consultant know you'd like to schedule an in-home consultation.
- At your home, your consultant will assist with measuring, and discuss with you your personal tastes and goals for your space.
- Your personal design consultant will then return to the showroom and begin developing a custom plan for your space. Based on your personal style, they will select colors, fabrics, leathers and finishes for your pieces.
- After your design plan is complete, your consultant will schedule a time for you to come back to the showroom for a presentation. Together, you will make your selections.
Special Orders
We understand that you might not walk into a store and see exactly what you want. Perhaps you like a certain sofa, but need to change the fabric. We're here to help! We pride ourselves in having a wide variety of different styles to suit your needs. In fact, the majority of our customers choose to special order.
We have upholstery manufacturers that carry over 1,000 fabrics, over 100 leathers and dozens of finishes.
We also carry custom dining room companies that allow you to select specific table top shapes, legs or pedestals, sizes, chair styles, finishes and even types of woods!

Storage until Delivery
Are you building a new home or in the process of remodeling, but can't take delivery of your furniture? Maybe you'll be out of town for an extended period of time. No problem! We will store your pieces in our secure, climate controlled facility until you are able to take delivery. There's no need to rent a storage facility! Just ask your consultant for more details about this complimentary service.
Extended Protection Plan
Our brands come with some of the best warranties in the industry, but we understand that accidents do happen. We're pleased to offer an extended protection plan on your purchases for a period of five (5) years. The plan covers accidental damage, including stains, tears, gouges, burns, water marks, electrical failure, and much more.
If you choose not to purchase the plan at the same time you purchase your pieces, don't worry-- you still have time up until the delivery of your pieces. After the furniture has been delivered, we are unable to issue an extended protection plan.

On Approval
Have you selected furniture that you're nearly certain is perfect, but just need to see it in your home before you decide? We can bring furniture out to your home, set it in your room and let you make the final decision. We're certain that seeing is believing, but should the item not work for whatever reason, we'll bring it back to the store without obligation, all complimentary.*
*Special orders are not eligible for on approval, as they are custom items. A minimal delivery fee applies to homes out of area.
